Job Description:

Part-Time Job (30 hrs)

Are you a self-motivated, detail and task oriented, compassionate, driven, and positive individual looking to work in a family type environment? If so, we would love to meet you! Patient Relations Specialist Role:
1. Create a warm and inviting environment for our clients
2. Client scheduling, check in and registration of new patients, insurance verification, collecting patient responsibilities for services, answering phones
3. Assist the Business Manager on special tasks, in house marketing programs, and billing operations as needed

4. Keep clinic clean, and assist Physical Therapist with related tasks such as, but not limited to: Donning and doffing modalities, wiping down tables, folding laundry, cleaning gym equipment, organizing gyms space.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or in the process
