Agility is not only the ability to quickly change directions, but the ability to do so under opposition. Ex: running routes with a defensive back or taking a defender on with the soccer ball at your feet.
This course is designed for middle school high school and collegiate athletes involved in agility sports (ie: soccer, basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, tennis, football, etc).
Our programming combines strength training and power development with movement practice to improve stability and efficiency within sport movements to decrease the risk of serious injuries and increase their ability to participate and succeed in their passions.
