Tatum Kempf is from De Soto, Kansas, and is currently pursuing her Exercise Science degree on the Pre-Physical Therapy track at the University of Kansas, where she also dances as a Rock Chalk Dancer. She’ll graduate next May, continuing to build on the passion and discipline that have guided her through school and dance.
The best part of Tatum’s story so far has been all the opportunities and experiences she’s had—whether through dance or academics—and the lessons she’s learned along the way.
Determined, hardworking, and bubbly, Tatum is passionate about helping others and bringing joy to their day. She believes that making people around her feel happy and cared for is one of the most meaningful parts of life.
Most people would never guess that she lost her first tooth at just two years old, but it fits her playful and spirited personality. When she feels most like herself, it’s when the people around her are happy and having a good time.
She’s currently working on drinking plenty of water and staying active as part of her daily routine—continuing to live out the same healthy, energetic lifestyle she encourages in others.
