About

Addison Schultz

Addison Schultz grew up in Hudson, Wisconsin, and moved to Kansas to attend the University of Kansas, where she is currently a sophomore. She says the best part of her story so far has been the opportunity to attend KU, meet new people, and begin building a future centered around her passion for health and fitness. Outside of Freedom and school, Addison enjoys reading, walking, practicing yoga, boxing, and playing sand volleyball with friends. She also loves spending time outdoors and feels most like herself relaxing around a campfire with the people she cares about. Her family includes her parents, Kris and Ginene, her older sister, Mya, and her younger brother, Bohde. Addison describes herself as driven, hardworking, and outgoing. She's passionate about helping others recover, grow stronger, and improve their quality of life by applying her love of exercise and fitness to everyday movement. One fun fact that always gets a laugh is that she has a cow named after her. She's currently focused on making daily outdoor walks a consistent habit as part of her commitment to living an active, healthy lifestyle.
