About

Evan Heath

Evan Heath is currently studying Exercise Science at the University of Kansas as he works toward a career in physical therapy. Through his experience at Freedom and by shadowing at other physical therapy clinics, he's enjoyed gaining valuable hands-on experience while meeting amazing people who have helped shape his passion for helping others. Outside of work and school, Evan enjoys staying active by going to the gym, playing sports with friends, and spending time with the people closest to him. He also enjoys playing the piano, giving him a creative outlet that balances his active lifestyle. He comes from a supportive family, including his mom, who is a dietitian, his dad, who is a locksmith, and his younger sister, who is in high school. Evan describes himself as resilient, determined, and trustworthy. He's passionate about being someone others can depend on and believes in always being there for the people who need him. A fun fact that often surprises people is that he's a fourth-degree black belt in Taekwondo, a reflection of the discipline and dedication he's developed over the years. When he feels most like himself, you'll find him playing sports with friends, enjoying teamwork, competition, and time spent with people he cares about. He's currently focused on building healthier eating habits as part of his commitment to living a healthy, active lifestyle.
