Tracy is originally from a dairy farm near St. John’s, Michigan, and she moved to the Kansas City area in 1999. She has two adult children and recently gained two adult stepchildren. In May of 2025, she married the love of her life, John. Tracy enjoys hiking and running. She volunteers with a group dedicated to helping people of different abilities train for and compete in road races. Her full time job is a teacher of students who are blind and visually impaired. Her goal is to complete marathons in all 50 states; this is scheduled to be finished in December 2025!

I found the love of my life at the age of 46.

Loud, determined, fun.

3. What is one thing you are trying to make a habit?

Keeping in touch with people.

4. What are you passionate about related to the work you do in serving others?

I am passionate about getting to know and connect with each individual and know their story.

5. What are you doing when you feel most like you?

Laughing, meaningful conversations with someone, and being in nature.
